Sepehr Sharifi
Sepehr is currently pursuing his PhD at uOttawa with the focus on making ML-enabled autonomous systems safer for everyone. He is currently developing a search-based solution that discovers scenarios of ML-component behaviors and environmental conditions that put the whole system safety at risk. As a first case study, the effectiveness and validity of the approach is being evaluated on a full-fledged autonomous vehicle stack, while the simulations are run on Carla.
